3. Refund Exclusion
Due to the nature of digital-only access, all payments are final. Refunds are not provided once access has been granted. There are no prorated refunds or satisfaction guarantees. Use of the service is discretionary.

If technical issues prevent access after purchase, users may contact us for clarification. We do not guarantee reimbursement but will evaluate platform-related issues. All reviews are handled manually, with no obligation of reversal. We do not process disputes via external systems.

5. Clarification on Usage

6. Payment Channels
All payments are processed through authorized providers. We do not retain payment information. Transactions are managed externally and securely. Nexus Capital does not intervene in payment processing.

7. Dispute Resolution
We do not participate in dispute resolution or offer mediation services. As we offer no outcome-based tools, disputes are not applicable. Our policy is to clarify content structure if requested. No refund or claim channels are promoted.
